PRACTICE AREAS: 
Matrimonial and Family Law matters from inception to out-of-court mediation to trial to appellate brief.  Emphasis on highly contested, complex divorce cases involving custody, visitation, child support, alimony, distribution of assets and liabilities, determination of marital and non-marital property rights, valuation of businesses and pension/retirement plans, dissipation of assets, and fault. Post-judgment family law matters include modification of prior existing Orders, enforcement, contempt, and relocation. Other practice areas include domestic violence, paternity, termination of parental rights, and determining the validity of custody/parenting and property settlement agreements.  Drafting property and parenting documents for all family law matters such as uncontested mediation agreements, marital settlement, prenuptial, postnuptial, and cohabitation agreements.
